Garden of Lights with the MoCo Alumni Chapter

Back by popular demand! Join the Montgomery County Alumni Chapter of McDaniel College/Western Maryland College on Sunday, Dec. 4, at 5:30 p.m. for the Garden of Lights outdoor light display at Brookside Gardens in Wheaton, Maryland. At a discounted cost, alumni and their friends and families can stroll through the one-half mile, outdoor, walk-through exhibit on a paved trail and enjoy the twinkling lights and glimmering one-of-a-kind displays adorning the flowerbeds and grounds. New features this year include a winter wonderland scene in the Rose Garden complete with tall ice-like formations and falling snow as well as oversized colorful flower forms throughout the formal gardens.  This event is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event, so please dress accordingly and wear comfortable shoes. McDaniel College/WMC and/or green and gold gear is always appropriate... and encouraged! Cost to attend is $10 per person. Deadline to register is Thursday, Dec 1 at midnight, however tickets are limited and first come, first served.
