Alumni Day & 1979 Championship Anniversary Celebration

Lacrosse alumni of all eras, family, and friends are invited to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the 1979 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Champions on April 20, 2024. In 1979, the Green Terror posted a 9-2 record and went undefeated in MAC play in route to its second straight conference title.
Festivities start with a pregame gathering at 11:30 a.m. in the Albrittain Suite at Gill Stadium. The Green Terror faceoff with Swarthmore at Noon. Then stick around for halftime, when members of the championship team head down to mid-field to be recognized! It’s a can’t miss event!

Alumni, parents, and friends are encouraged to sponsor college events to help defray the costs. Sponsorships can also allow the college to invite students and faculty to attend certain events at reduced or no cost. Sponsorships are considered tax-deductible gifts to the college in most cases.
